Approved The applicant is requesting an extension of the approved modification and architectural design for the following: 1. A second story side yard setback of 5’-0” (easterly) and
10’-0” (westerly) in lieu of 16’-6” required for the addition of a mezzanine to an existing single-story residence; and 2. A lot coverage of 36.5 percent in lieu of 35 percent permitted

944 square foot, detached three-car garage and office located at the rear of the property: property: 1. A 54% rear yard lot coverage in lieu of the maximum 25% permitted; 2. A 4’-6”
southerly side yard setback in lieu of 7’-0” required; 3. A 2’-0” rear yard setback in lieu of 3’-0” required for an accessory structure; and, 4. To allow a 2’-0” high cupola on the

The applicant is requesting an architectural design review and parking modification for a proposed 7,386 square-foot addition to an existing office building for a total gross floor area
of 27,716 square feet, and maintaining 99 existing on-site parking spaces in lieu of 111 required.

The applicant is requesting the following modifications for a new 3,268 square-foot modular barn to replace the existing barn: 1. A 6’-3” north side yard setback and a 5’-3” south side
yard setback in lieu of the 7’-3” setback required for each side; 2. A 44% coverage of the required 25-foot rear yard in lieu of the maximum 25% allowed by Code. The required rear yard
is measured from the Santa Anita Wash easement at the rear of the subject property. 3. A total accessory area of 3,908 square feet in lieu of the maximum 651 square feet allowed by Code.
