MC 08-19 and SFADR 08-26 1306 South Fourth Avenue Ivan Yeung (property owner) Approved, 3-0, with condition that staff work with applicant to insure that roofing material matches. The
applicant is requesting the following Modifications and Architectural Design Review for a proposed 957 square foot addition to an existing single-family residence: A. An 11’-6” front
yard setback in lieu of 25’-0” required for a new first floor family room. B. A 21’-8” front yard yard setback in lieu of 25’-0” required and a 30 degree angle encroachment for a second
floor master bathroom and closet. C. A 29’-2” rear yard setback in lieu of 35’-0” required for a second floor master bathroom. 2. PUBLIC HEARING MC 08-20 and SFADR 08-05 410 San Antonio

the following Modifications and Architectural Design Review for a proposed addition to an existing single-family residence: A. A 5’-0” northerly street side yard setback in lieu of the
required 15’-0” minimum for a first floor addition to align with the existing dwelling. B. A 15’-6” northerly side yard setback in lieu of the required 20’-0” minimum and a 40 degree
