by July 30, 2007. ROLL CALL: Parrille, Kelly, Penman 1. PUBLIC HEARING MC 07-21 and SF ADR 07-31 1645 Old Oak Lane Oh’s Design & Development for Mr. Daniel Kim Approved The applicant
requests the following Modifications and Single Family Architectural Design Review for additions totaling 1,650 square feet: 1. A 9’-0” setback from the northerly property line in lieu
of the 25’-0” required for a 3-foot long addition to the first floor, and 2. A 15’-0” setback from the northerly property line in lieu of the 35’-0” required for a 650 square foot portion
of the second floor addition. 2. PUBLIC HEARING MC 07-23 and TR 07-08 1420 Oak Meadow Road Mr. Steve Brockmeyer Conditionally approved The conditions of approval are as follows: 1. The
project shall have a minimum of 10 feet wide driveway approach.. 2. The proposed pavers, pattern, pattern, or cobblestones in right-of-way must be approved by City Engineer. 3. Existing
tree on northerly right of way must be protected in place. 4. Approval for existing southerly tree must be received by Public Works Department. The applicant requests the following Modifications
and an Oak Tree Encroachment Permit for a new semicircular driveway: 1. An overall pavement width of 21’-4” at the center portion of the driveway in lieu of the maximum allowed width
of 15’-0”, 2. A 23’-4” setback from the front property line to the center portion of the driveway in lieu of the minimum 25’-0” requirement, and 3. Encroachment by the driveway into
the protected zone (i.e., within the drip line) of a 14 inch diameter Coast Live Oak tree. ORAL COMMUNICATIONS: None COMMITTEE MEMBERS PRESENT: Kelly, Parrille and Penman COMM. DEV.
