PUBLIC HEARING MC 06-26 AND TR 06-15 351 Laurel Ave. William and Kim Roby Conditionally approved, subject to the Arborist's recommendation To permit the following modifications for a first and secondstory addition of 407 square feet to the existing one-story residence: 1. A 37.2% lot coverage in lieu of the maximum 35% permitted for a two-story residence; and, 2. To allow the proposed additions to encroach within the dripline of Coast Live Oak. 2. PUBLIC HEARING MC 06-28 5 West Sycamore Ave. Stanley J. Alexander, M.D. Approved To permit a height of 20 feet in lieu of the maximum 16-foot limit to add attic storage space above an existing detached garage (9251.2.9.1). 3. PUBLIC HEARING MC 06-31 285 W. Foothill Boulevard Wesley and Arlette Lind Conditionally approved, subject to a Covenant for the two 3/4 baths located within the detached cabana To permit the following modifications on the subject property: 1. Allow two water fountains along the side property lines in lieu of a 5'-0" required setback (Sec. 9251.2.11); 2. Allow a 6'-1" to 8'-6" high swimming pool wall enclosure along the perimeter of the rear and side yard area in order to comply with the minimum 5'-0" height requirement on the adjacent property that is at a higher grade (Sec. 9251.2.11); and, 3. Permit two three-quarter baths in lieu of a three-quarter bath allowed within a detached accessory structure (Sec.9251.2.9.1). 4. PUBLIC HEARING TR 06-18 1328 Rodeo Rd. Paul Kalemkiarian Conditionally approved To permit removal of a Coast Live Oak (Quercus Agrifolia) at the rear of the residence due to potential damage caused by a previously approved addition.
