Foothill Blvd. Joseph Muljana To permit a second freestanding monument sign to be located closer than 200’ apart on the same property, and to consider the architectural design of the monument sign (Sec. 9262.4.6). Approved, subject to the conditions of approval: 1. No additional signage may be permitted on both buildings. 2. Re-orient the address number (301-317) on the monument signs so that they are perpendicular to street. The revised design shall be reviewed and approved by staff administratively. 2. PUBLIC HEARING MC 06-25 614 Old Ranch Rd. Jeff Krogen Request ‘A’ – Approved subject to the condition that landscaping, in the public right-of-way shall be maintained by the owner to screen the wall from being visible from Colorado Street and Old Ranch Road. Request ‘B’ & ‘C’ –Approved A. A garden wall along the northerly street side property line (along Colorado St.) and along the northwesterly portion of the front property line (N. Old Ranch Rd.) measuring up to 7’-6” in height at the property line, and 6’-0” in height above the nearest curb height in lieu of a maximum height of 6’-0” along the street side property line, and a maximum height of 4’-0” in the front yard (9251.2.13.1, 9251.2.13.2 & 9251.2.13.3) B. A 28’-0” street side yard setback (from the Colorado St. property line) in lieu of the required 35’-0” special setback for a 567 square foot media room addition to align with the existing north side of the house (9320.10.2) C.
