to legalize a 178 sq. ft. storage building installed without permits: 1. PUBLIC HEARING MC 05-12 1007 Rancho Rd. Joseph & Winnie Poon Approved with the following conditions: A. That
the existing planter shall be extended to the front of the subject storage building; B. A facia board shall be installed on the subject storage building to match that of the main dwelling;
C. The wall material and finish shall match that of the main dwelling; The planting materials shall be approved by the Development Services Department. A. B. A 3’-2” northerly side yard
setback in lieu of 7’-6” required. (9252.2.3) A 3’-6” building separation in lieu of 10’-0” required. (9252.2.9.1) Request for the following modifications for a new 1,775 square foot
detached garage: 2. PUBLIC HEARING MC 05-13 1210 N. Baldwin Ave. Joseph Koeper Approved A. B. A 29.5% rear yard lot coverage in lieu of 25% required (Section 9251.2.9.1) A 5’-0” southerly
side yard setback in lieu of 11’-0” required (Section 9251.2.3). 3. PUBLIC HEARING MC 05-14 1104 E. Camino Real Ave. Shirley Flores Approved Request to permit a non-permitted 6’-0” high
wall, columns, and entry gates in lieu of 5’-0” required within the street-side setback area along Camino Real Avenue (Section 9252.2.12.4, Exception). 4. PUBLIC HEARING MC 05-15 502
E. Camino Real David Olson and Andrea Bundesmann Approved Commissioner Olson abstained from this item. Request to permit an 8’-4” street-side yard setback in lieu of 15’-0” required
