B. A 5' -0" northerly rear yard setback in lieu of 25' -0"
for a 900 sq. ft. portion of the same single -story
addition (9252.2.8 & 9112.33).
Requesting a 5' -0" wall height, within the required side
yard on the street side of a reverse corner lot, in lieu of
4' -0" maximum allowed for a decorative wrought iron
fence with masonry columns (9283.8.7).
Requesting a 1,740 square foot detached /accessory
building in lieu of the 1,646 maximum square footage
allowed (50% of the main dwelling) by adding 1,000
