AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF ARCADIA, CALIFORNIA,
AMENDING 'SECTION 2 OF, ORDINM~CE NO.
1198 BY ELIMINATING CERTAIN' PORTIONS
OF THE AREA SUBJECT TO THE CONSTRUCTION
MORATORIUM~ .
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ARCADIA, CALIFORNIA, DOES

ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:

SECTION 1. That Section 2 of Ordinance No. 1198 entitled

is hereby amended to read as follows:

take effect immediately upon its adoption.
