AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF ARCADIA, CALIFORNIA,
ADDING TO DIVISION l'OF PART 2 OF
CHAPTER 2 OF ARTICLE III OF THE
ARCADIA MUNICIPAL CODE A NEW SECTION
3221.6. .
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY ,OF ARCADIA, CALIFORNIA,
DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That a new Section 3221.6 is hereby added to
Division 1 of Part 2 of Chapter 2 of Article III of the Arcadia
Municipal, Code the same to read as follows:
3221.6. SAME. Santa Anita Avenue between Huntington
Drive and Live Oak Avenue, thirty-five (35) miles per hour.
SECTION 2. The City Clerk shall cert1fy to the adoption
of this Ordinance.
I HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing ordinance was adopted
at a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Arcadia
held on the 2nd
day of October
, 1962, by the affirmative
vote of at least three Councilmen, to wit:
AYES: Councilmen Balser, Phillips, Reibold, Turner and
Butterworth
NOES: None
ABSENT: None
