ORDINANCE NO. 1008
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF ARCADIA^ CALIFORNIA, AMENDING
ORDINANCE NO. 9~7 OF SAID CITY
REGULATING OFF-STREET PARKING BY ADDING
SECTION 2-B.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ARCADIA, CALIFORNIA, DOES
ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That Ordinance No. 987, entitled "AN ORDINANCE
OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY tF ARCADIA, CALIFORNIA, REGULATING
PARKING IN CERTAIN DESIGNATED OFF-STREET PARKING LOTS AND PROVIDING
PENALTY FOR VIOLATION THEREOF," adopted July 16, 1957, be and the
same hereby is amended by adding thereto Section 2-B, the same to
read as follows:
SECTION 2-B. OFF-STREET PARKING LOT NO.1. Lots 23 and
24, Block 75, Arcadia Santa Anita Tract, in the City of Arcadia,
County of Los Angeles, state of California, per map recorded in Book
15, page 89, Miscellaneous Records in the office of the County Re-
corder of said County, shall comprise Off-Street Parking Lot No. 1
in Vehicle Parking District No. l.
SECTION 2. The City Clerk shall certify to the adoption
of this Ordinance and prior to the expiration of fifteen (15) days
from the passage thereof shall cause the same to be published once
in the Arcadia Tribune and Arcadia News, a newspaper of general cir-

culation, published and circulated in the City of Arcadia.
I HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing Ordinance was adopted
at a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Arcadia
held on the 4th
