THE BOARD OF 'ffiUSTEES OF WE CITY OF ARCADIA ORDAH: AS
FOLLOWS:
Section l. That the CIerI, and ex-officio Assessor, that the
Marshal and ex-officio Tax Collector, and the Treasurer of the City of
Arcadia are hereby required to enter into bonds to the City of Arcadia
with a competent Surety Company as snrety, which bond must be for the
faithful performance of rn,ties of said office, and the penalty of said
bonds sh all be:
For the Clerk $500.00. For the Marshal 1000.00 Dol~rs, and
for the Treasurer $lOOO.OO Dollars.
See tion ii. Tho. t the said City officers shall &l bmit the ir
respective bonds to the Board of Trustees for approval as provided by
law at the first regular meeting of the Board of Trustees after the City
election.
Section 3. This Ordinance shall take effect from and after its
publication or posting thereof.
The a~ove No. 19 was passed by the affirmative vote of at
least three Trustees to-wit:
Ayes: Trustees Lawrence, Tucker and Unruh, and sie;ned and
approved this Third day of March, A. D. 1908.
