AN ORDINANCE OF THE BO/lRD OF THUSTEES OF THE CITY OF ARCADIA FIXING THE TIME AND PLACE OF HOLDING MENrINGS OF SAID BOARD OF TRUSTEES AND REPEALING ALL .0RDINANCF..8 IN CONFLICT THEllli'WITH. , THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE CITY OF ARCADIA DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: Section 1.. The regular meetings of the Board of Trustees of the City of Arcadia shall be held on the first Saturday of each and every month at 2 o'clook P. M., provided that whenever the time for any meeting falls upon a legal holiday, said meeting shall be held on the next business day, unless otherwise ordered by said Board of Trustees. Section ~. All meetings of said Board of Trustees shall be held at the Council Chamber in McCoy's Hall at the Southwest corner of St. Joseph and First Streets in said City of Arcadia. Seotion 2' That Ordinance No.1 of said City of Arcadia, en~ titled, "An Ordinance fixing the time of holding regular meetings of the Board of Trustees and designating the place of regular and special meet- ings, adopted and approved on the 17th, day of August, 1903", and all Ordinances and parts of Ordinanoes in conflict herewith, be and the same are hereby repealed. Seotion ~. The City Clerk shall certify to the adoption of this Ordinance and shall cause the same to be published once in the Monrovia Messenger, a weekly newspaper published and circulated in the City of Monrovia, California, and hereby designated for that purpose, and shall post the same in at least three public places in said City of Arcadia, and at the expiration of 30 days from the final passage of this Ordinance, the same shall take effect and be in force. The foregoing ordinance was adopted at a re~llar meeting of the Board of Trustees of the City of Arcadia, held on the 4th day ~ovember, 1912, by the affirmative vote of at least three trustees, to-wit: Ayes: Messrs. Pedley, City Clerk of the City of Arcadia, State of California, do hereby certify that the whole number of members of the Board of Trustees of the City of Arcadia is five, and that on the 8th, day of October, 19l2, at a regular adjourned meeting of said Board of Trustees, a quorum being present, the foregoing Ordinance was introduced and read, and that more than five days thereafter, to-wit: At a regular meeting o~ said Board of Trustees held on the 4th, day of November, 1912, the same was passed and adopted by a two thirds vote of all members of said Board of Trustees, to-wit: By the following vote: Ayes: Messrs.
