ORDINANCE NO. 1510
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF ARCADIA AMENDING SECTION 9233.6
OF THE ARCADIA MUNICIPAL CODE RELATING
TO THE REZONING OF CERTAIN PROPERTY
KNOWN AS 1130-1150 COLORADO STREET (EATON
PROPERTY) TO R-l (10,000) P AND D AND .
R-l (10,000) D.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ARCADIA DOES HEREBY
ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That the property located in the City of
Arcadia described in Exhibit "A", attached hereto and incorporated
herein by this reference, and presently classified in the R-l
Second One-Family Zone, is hereby reclassified into Zone R-l
(10,000) P, Automobile Parking, and D, Architectural Design, and
from and after the effective date of this ordinance, said real
property shall be so zoned and subject to the restrictions
imposed by the resolution adopted concurrently herewith under the
provision of the zoning regulations of said City and the map
contained in Section 9233.6 of the Arcadia Municipal Code is
hereby amended to reclassify and designate said property as a
district in Zone R-1 (10,000) P and D.
SECTION 2. That the property located in the City of
Arcadia described in Exhibit "B", attached hereto and incorporated
herein by this reference, and presently classified in the.R-l
Second One-Family Zone, is hereby reclassified into Zone R-l
(10,000) and D, Architectural Design, and from and after the
effective date of this ordinance, said real property shall be so
zoned and subject to the restrictions imposed by the resolution

adopted concurrently herewith under the provision of the zoning
regulations of said City and the map contained in Section 9233.6
of the Arcadia Municipal Code is hereby amended to reclassify and
designate said property as a district in Zone R-l (10,000) and D.
SECTION 3. The City Council finds and determines that
the public health, safety, general welfare and good zoning practice
require the above amendments and the restrictions imposed by said
resolution.
SECTION 4. The City Clerk shall certify to the adoption
of this ordinance.
I HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing ordinance was
adopted at a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of
Arcadia held on the
