THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE CITY OF ARCADIA DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: SECTION 1: That Section 2 of Ordinance No. 104 of said City of Arcadia, entitled: IAn Ordinance of the Board of Trustees of the City of Arcadia imposing a license tax upon dogs and regulating the running at large, licensing and impounding of dogs and also provid- ing for the control and eradication of rabies within said City of , Arcadial, adopted July 5, 1922, be and the same is hereby amended 8 9 10 11 12 to read as follows: SECTION 2: It shall be unlawful for any person, firm or cor~ harbor or have the care, charge, control, custody 1 any dog over the age of one month, within said Cit poration to own, or possession of 13 14 16 of Arcadia, without paying the following license fees for said ani- mal: 16 For each male dog and every spayed female dog $2.00 per ann and for every other female dog, the sum of $4.09 per annum. . 17 I I 181 and directed to procure each year on or before 19 I such number of tags as may be sufficient for use during the year. 20 !
