AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF ARCADIA RECLASSIFYING PROPERTY
AT 625, 631 AND 635 NAOMI AVENUE AND
1301, 1243 AND 1245 LOVELL AVENUE FROM
R-l TO PR-l.

THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ARCADIA DOES ORDAIN AS
FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That the zoning map set forth in Section
9233.12 of the Arcadia Municipal Code is hereby amended so that
certain property hereafter described which is presently designated
R-l shall hereafter be designated PR-l, Automobile Parking -Second
One-Family Zone. Said property is described as follows:
Lots 12, 13, 14 and the northerly 68.74 feet
of Lot 16 of Tract No. 4611 in the City of
Arcadia, County of Los Angeles, State of
California, as per map recorded in Book 51,
page 82, of Maps, in the office of the County
Recorder of said County; and Lots 8 and 9 of
Tract No. 8487 in the City of Arcadia, County
of Los Angeles, State of California as per
map recorded in Book 114, page 48, of Maps,
in the office of the County Recorder of said
County.
SECTION 2. This ordinance shall become effective only
after the following conditions have occurred:
1. The southerly 12 feet of said Lots 12, 13 and 14
shall be dedicated for public street purposes.
2. A 30 foot public alley shall be dedic&ted across
either Lots 12, 13 or 14 connecting the existing alley along the
northerly side of said lots with Naomi Avenue on the south. Said
alley shall be improved in accordance with standards established
by the Director of Public Works.

3. The right of access from said Lots 8 and 9 and the
northerly 68.74 feet of Lot 16 to Lovell Avenue shall be conveyed
to the City of Arcadia.
4. An eight foot sidewalk shall be installed on Naomi
Avenue on the existing street alignment.
5. Three Marbelite street lights shall be installed
on the Naomi Ave. frontage of said property and two such lights
shall be installed on the Lovell Avenue frontage of said property,
the precise location to be subject to approval by the Director of
Public Works.
6. All drainage from said property shall be collected
and piped under the sidewalk to street gutters.
7. All utilities shall be installed underground.
SECTION 3. The City Council finds that the public
convenience, general welfare and good zoning practice justifies
the above amendment.
SECTION 4. The City Clerk shall certify to the adoption
of this ordinance.
I HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing ordinance was
adopted at a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of
Arcadia held on the 5th day of September, 1972, by the affirma-
tive vote of at least three Councilmen, to wit:
