HomeMy WebLinkAbout1431 ORDINANCE NO. 1431 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ARCADIA ADDING SECTION 3221.9 TO THE ARCADIA MUNICIPAL CODE, ESTABLISHING A THIRTY-FIVE (35) MILE PER HOUR SPEED LIMIT ON BALDWIN AVENUE BET\olEEN HAMPTON ROAD AND ORANGE GROVE AVENUE. THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ARCADIA DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: SECTION 1. That Section 3221.9 is hereby added to the Arcadia Municipal Code to read as follows: 3221.9. SAME. Baldwin Avenue between Hampton Road and Orange Grove Avenue, thirty-five (35) miles per hour. SECTION 2. The City Clerk shall certify to tne adoption of this ordinance.
