HomeMy WebLinkAbout0215 6 7 8 , 9 10 11 12 . z 0 13 Z J o ~ "5 :!: LLI <( m ~ " ..J 101 0 H tl:l- .....!!: :><:!.J > < I-lI)lIIU Ul >- Z . 15 ~ < ctlZ'f:; 0: 00 ZONa: Z I- ~ z 16 ::II- 0 0 C N' o ' N 0 17 N 18 19 20 21 22 23 24 25 26 27 28 29 30 31 32 U~U~ufiuw~ ~u. ~~J. f- " ii /yO. d2/cr AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ARCADIA 1 I DEDICATING CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY IN SAID CITY OF ARCADIA TO THE I PUBLIC FOR PUBLIC STREET PURPOSES AND NAMING THE SAME HUNTINGTON 2: DRIVE. 3 I' " THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ARCADIA DO ORDAIN AS 4' , I 5 FOLLOWS: SECTION 1: That all that certain real property included within the following described boundary lines, to-wit: Beginning at the Northwesterly corner of Lot 58 of the Santa Anita Tract, in the City of Arcadia, County of Los Angeles, State of California, as ~hown on a map recorded in Book 34, Pages 41, 42 and 43 of Miscellaneous Records of said County~ thence Easterly along the Northerly line of said Lot 58 a distance of 5g.95 feet to the Southwesterly line of The Atchison, Topeka & Santa Fe Railway Company's right-of-way; thence South 510 321 00" East along the said Southwesterly line of The Atchison, Topeka & Sante Fe Railway Company's right-of-way a distance of 52.15 feet to a point 20 feet Southerly and 84.13 feet Easterly from the Northwesterly corner of said Lot 58; thence Westerly along a line 20 feet Southerly and parallel with the Northerly line of said Lot 58 a distance of g4.13 feet to a point in the Westerly line of said Lot 5g, which line is also the Easterly line of Second Avenue, as said Second Avenue is shown on the recorded Map of said Santa Anita Tract; thence Northerly along the said Westerly line of said Lot 58 a distance of 20 feet to the point of beginning, and owned by said City of Arcadia, is hereby dedicated to the public use for public street or highway purposes, said property to become a part of Huntington Drive and to be named Huntington Drive. SECTION 2: That said City Council does hereby accept that certain real property hereinabove particularly described and dedicated to the public use for public street or highway purposes, on behalf of the public and the same is declared to be a part of and is hereby named HUNTINGTON DRIVE.
