AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
ARCADIA FIXItlG AND ESTABLISHING CURB LI~ES ON A PORTION OF FIRST
AVENUE IN SAID CITY OF ARCADIA.
THE CITY COUNClL OF THE CITY OF ARCADIA DO ORDAIN
AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1: That the Westerly curb line of First
Avenue from the Northerly line of Haven Avenue to the S9utherly
line of Foothill Boulevard, be and the same is hereby fixed and
established along a line parallel to and distant twenty-eight
feet from the center line of said First Avenue.
SECTIOtl 2: That the Easterly curb line of said
First Avenue from the Northerly line of Haven Avenue to the
Southerly line of Foothill Boulevard,' be and the same is here-
by fixed and established along a line parallel to and distant
twenty-eight feet from the center line of said First Avenue.
SECTION 3: The City Clerk shall certify to the
adoption of this Ordinance and shall cause the same to be pub~ish d
once in The Aroadia News, a weekly newspaper published and cir-
culated in said City of Arcadia anu thirty days from and after
the final passage thereof the same shall take effect and be in
force.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted at a regular
meeting of the City Council of said City of Arcadia, held on
the 20th. day of February, 1929, by the affirmative vote of at
least three Councilmen, to-wit:
AYES: Councilmen, BOlz, Granville. Holt, Multer and
Schermerhorn,
NOES: None,
and signed and approved this 20th. day of February, 1929.
