be vacated and abandoned for street purposes as contemplated by
Resolution No. 525 of said City of Arcadia, adopted October 16,
1929.
SECTION 2: That said work is for the closing up, vaca-
tion and abandonment of that certain portion of that certain
Street particularly described in Section 1 hereof and it appears' i

to said City Council that there are no damages, costs or expenses I

benefits or damages for said work and to have general supervision I

SECTION 3: The City Clerk shall certify to the
of this Ordinance and shall cause the same to be published once
in said City of Arcadia and thirty days from and after ~he final
passage thereof thesame shall take effect and be in force.
The foregoing Ordin~~ce was adopted at a regular meeting
of the City Council of said City of Arcadia, held on the 18th.
day of December, 1929, by the affirmative vote of at least three
Councilmen, to-wit:
AYES: Councilmen: Bolz, Granville, Multer, Schermerhorn,
and Walshe.
NOES: None,
and signed and approved this 18th. day of December. 1929.
