AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ARCADIA FIXING AND ESTABLISHING CURB LINES ON A PORTION OF HUNTINGTON DRIVE IN SAID CITY OF ARCADIA. THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ARCADIA DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: SECTION 1: That the Northerly curb line of Huntington Drive from the Westerly line of Santa Anita Avenue to the East- erly line of the right of way of Southern Pacific Company, in sai City of Arcadia, shall be and the same is hereby fixed and es- tablished along the Northerly line of said Huntington Drive. That the Southerly curb line of said portion of Hunt- ington Drive shall be and the same is hereby fixed and establishe along the Southerly line of said Huntington Drive. SECTION 2: The City Clerk shall certify to the adoption of this Ordinance and shall cause the same to be published once in The Arcadia News, a weekly newspaper published and circulated in said City of Arcadia and thirty days from and after the final passage thereof, the same shall take effect and be in force. The foregoing Ordinance was adopted at a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Arcadia, held on the 2nd day of January, 1930, by the affirmative vote of at least three Coun- cilmen, to-wi t: AYES: Councilmen: Bolz, Granville, Multer, Schermerhorn and Walshe, NOES: None, and signed and approved this 2nd. day of January, 1930. t1' 7; ~ Mayor ATTEST: ~g~t;~~~ .., o~ a:?3Y
