AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ARCADIA
A1OO:IDING ORDINANCE NO. 170 OF SAID CITY OF ARCAJlIA BY ADDING
THERETO TWO NEVI SECTIONS TO BE KNOWN AND NUMBERED, SECTION 6-A
and SECTION 5-B.

SECTION 1:
Tha t Ordinance No. 170 of said City of
Aroadia, entitled "An Ordinanc6 of the City of Aroadia, Califor-
nia, providing for the establishment or ereotion in Baid City of
seven zones oonsisting of various districtB and prescribing the
olasses of buildingB, struotures, improvements and ocoupanoy in
said several zones and the use thereof; the peroentage of area
that may be oovered by improvements and the height to whioh build-
ings may be erected; defining the terms used therein and prescrib-
ing the penalty for the violation of the proviBions thereof",
adopted Maroh 3, 1926; be and the same is hereby amended by adding
thereto two new BectionB to be known and numbered, Section 6~A
and Seotion 5-B, and to read as follows:
SECTION 6-A:
That .all of that certain real prop~rty
situate in the City of Aroadia, County of Los Angeles, State of
California, and desoribed in Seotion 5-B of thiB Ordinanoe, be
and the same iB hereby excepted from Zone, "B" of Ordinanoe No.
170 0 f said Oit y of Aroadia.

7 after the effective date of thiB Ordinance the real property
8 hereinabove desoribed shall be and beoome 8 distriot of said Zone
9 "A".

SECTION,2:
The City Clerk shall certify to the adop-
11 tion of this Ordinanoe and shall oause the same to be'publiBhed
12 onoe in the Aroadia Tribune, a weekly newBpaper publiBhed and
13 circulated in the City of Arcadia, and thirty (30) days therefrom
14 and thereafter the same shall take effect and be in force.
15 I hereby oertify that the foregoing Ordinanoe waB adop-
16 ted at a regular meeting of the City Counoil of the City of Arcadi
17 held on the 5th
day of February, 1935, by the affirmative vote
18 of at least three oounoilmen, to-wit:
