1 AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. l70 OF SAID OITY OF AROADIA BY ADDING THERE-
TO A NEW SECTION TO BE KNOWN AND NUMBERED SEOTION 10-A AND REPEAL-

SECTION l: That.Ordinance No. 170 of said City of Ar-
cadia, entitled: "An Ordinance of the City of Arcadia, Oalifornia,

providing fo~ the establishment or erection in the said Oity of

Seven Zones, consisting of various Districts and prescribing the

classes of buildings, structures, improvements and occupancy in
said Se~eral Zones and the uses thereof; the percentage of area
that may be covered by lmprovements and the height to which build-
ings may be erected; defining the terms used therein, and prescrib-
ing the penalty for the violation of the provisions thereofu, adopt
ed March 3, 1926" be and the same is hereby amended by adding there-
to a new Section to be known and numbered Seotion 10-A and to read

of this Ordinance, the real property hereinabove particularly de-

SECTION 2: That Ordinance No. 280 of said Oity of Ar-
cadia, entitled: "An Ordinance of the Oity Council of the C1ty of
Arcadia, amending Ordinance No. 170 of said City of Arcadla by
adding thereto a new section to be known and numbered Section 8-B
adopted August 1, 1933, be and the same is hereby repealed.
SECTION 3: The City Olerk shall oertify to the adop-
tlon of this Ordlnance and shall cause the same to be published
once in The Arcadia News, a weekly newspaper published and cir-
culated in said City of Arcadia, and thirty days from and after
the final passage thereof, the same shall take effect and be in
force.
The foregoing Ordlnance was adopted at a regular meet-
ing of the City Oouncil of the Oity of Arcadla, held on the 6th.
