AN ORDINANOE OF THE OITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF AROADIA
AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 200 OF SAID OITY OF ARCADIA BY ADDING
THrl:RETO A NEW SECTION TO BE KN017N AND DESIGNATED AS SECTION 32A.
THE OITY OOUNOIL OF THE OITY OF AROADIA DO ORDAIN AS FOL
LO\7S:
SECTION 1: That Ordinance No. ~OO of the Oity of Arcadi ,
entitled: "An ordinance of the Board of Trustees of the Oity of
Arcadia regulating traffic on the Public Streets and repealing
all Ordinances and parts of Ordinances in conflict therewith",
adopted June 15, 1927, be and the same is hereby amended by add-
ing thereto a new Section to be known and numbered Section 32A
and to read as follows:
SECTION 32A: That it shall be unlawful for any person,
firm or corporation operating a "Vehicle" as defined by said Or-
dinance No. 200, to stop any such Vehicle for a period of time
more than thirty minutes at any curb within the Oity of Arcadia
within twelve feet on either side of the entrance to any Drug
Store having taerein a licensed Perscription Department.
A suitable sign shall be painted or otherwise placed on
the curb in front of the entrance to any such Drug Store desig-
nating the provisions of this Section.
SECTION 2: The Oity Olerk shall certify to the adoption
of this Ordinance and shall cause the same to be published once
in The Arcadia News, a weekly newspaper published and circulated
in Baid Oity of Arcadia, and thirty days from and after the final
passage thereof, the same shall take effect and be in force.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted at a regular meeting
of the Oity Council of the Oity of Arcadia, he~d on the 20th. da
of February, 1934, by the affirmative vote of at least three
Councilmen, to-wit:
AYES: Oouncilmen, Daniels, Krebs, Schrader and Seaman,
NOES: None,
and signed and approved this 20th.day of February 1934.
