CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ARCADIA, "i,JENDING ORDINANCE NO. 728, OF THE CITY OF ARCADIA, KNOVm AS T~ TRAFFIC ORDINANCE, ADOPTED OCTOBER 5, 1948, 5Y AWlEND- ING SECTION 80 THEREOF. THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ARCADIA DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: SECTION 1. That Section 80 of Ordinance >fa. 728, of the City of "rcadia, entitled, "An Ordinance of the City Council of the City of Arcadia, ree;ulating traffic upon the public streets ,and repealing Ordi- nance No. 200 of said City, adopted June 15, 1927, and all other Ordinances and parts of Ordinances in conflict herewith", adopted October 5, 1948, be and the same is hereby amended to read as follows: "SECTION 80. PARKHG TH!E LIMITED ON CERTAIN ENU~mRATED STREETS. In accordance with Section 70, parking is limited to one (1) hour between the hours of 7:00 A. M., and 6:00 P. M. of any day except Sundays and holidays upon any of the following enumerated streets: Huntington Drive, First Avenue between st. Joseph Street and California Street, Sunset Avenue bet~een Fairview Avenue and Huntington Drive, Golden West Avenue between Fairvie~ Avenue and Huntington Drive, Baldwin Avenue between Naomi Avenue and Huntington Drive, Duarte Road between Baldwin Avenue and Lovell Avenue. " SECTION 2. The City Clerk shall certify to the adoption of this Ordinance, and prio:r to tae expiration of fifteen (15) day s from the passage thereof, shall cause the same to be published once in the Arcadia Tribune and Arcadia News, a newspaper of general circulation, published and circulated in the City of Arcadia, and thirty (30) days from and after the final passage thereof said Ordinance shall take effect and be in force.
