ORDINANCE NO. 794.
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF ARCADIA, CALIFORNIA, RECLASSIFY-
ING CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY IN SAID CITY
FOR ZONING PURPOSES AND ESTABLISHING SAID
PROPERTY IN ZONE R-3 OF SAID CITY AS DEF-
INED IN ORDINANCE NO. 760 OF SAID CITY,
ADOPTED MAY 3, 1949.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ARCADIA, CALIFORNIA,
DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That pursuant to the recommendation of the
Planning Commission of the City of Arcadia, made after public
hearing as provided by Section 18 of Ordinance No. 760, of said
City, adopted May 3, 1949, the following described rea} property
situate in the City of Arcadia, County of Los Angeles, State
of California, to wit:
All of the sever.al parcels of land or properties upon the
North side of La Porte Street, and lying between Santa
Anita Avenue and First Avenue,
shall be and the same are hereby reclassified and from and after
the effective date of this Ordinance said real property shall be
re-zoned and established as a district in Zone R-3, under the
provisions of said Ordinance No. 760.
SECTION 2. The City Clerk shall certify to the adoption
of this Ordinance and prior to the expiration of fifteen (15) days
from the passage thereof, shall cause the same to be published once
in the Arcad:la Bulletin, a newspaper of general circulation, pUb-
lished and circulated in the City of Arcadia, and thirty (30)
days from and after the final passage thereof said Ordinance shall
take effect and be in force.
I HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing Ordinance was adopted
at a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Arcadia,
