ORDINANCE NO. 452. \ A~ ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ARCaDIA AI.lENDING ORDINANCE NCl. 303 OF SAID CITY BY ADDU:G T\:O NEVI SECTIONS TO BE KNOYiN AND NUMBERED SECTION 8-D and SECTION 8-E. The City Council of tpe City of Arcadia does ordain as \ follows: RCPfA LCD OliO, No. t1s SECTION I. That Ordinance No. 303 of the City of Arcadia, entitled, "An Ordinance of the City Council of the City of Arcadia prohibiting the ~arking of automobiles or other vehicles on a portion of Huntington Drive South, Huntington Drive North, and Colorado Place in said City of Arcadia and also establishing a parking time limit on certain streets and repealing Ordinance No. 266 of the City of Arcadia," ~Ialadopted December 10, 1934, be and the same is hereby amended by adding ~t..\i ..,,-> ~~~,.Q' two new sections to oe known and numbered Section 8-D and Sectidn 8-E, and to read as follows: SECTION 8-D. That it shall be unlawful for any person, firm or corporation, operating a "vehicle" as defined by Ordinance No. 200 of ~~~ the City of Arcadia, to park, stand or leave the same standing on ~~'1i~~ Fairview Avenue, a public highway in said City of Arcadia, between Baldwin Avenue and Holly Avenue in said City of Arcadia, for a period longer than forty-five (45) minutes during the hours between 10:00 o'clock A.M. and 4:00 O'clock, P.M. on any day except Sunday. SECTION~. That it shall be unlawful for any person, firm or corporation, operating a "vehicle" as defined by Ordinance No. 200 of the City of Arcadia, to park, stand or leave the same standing on Holly Avenue, a public highway in said City of Arcadia, between Huntington Drive ~d Duarte Road in said City of Arcadia, for a period longer than forty-five (45) minutes during the hours between 10:00 o'clock A.M. and 4:00 o'clock, P.M. on any day except Sunday. o.".\.~~ L 1 t ~'<-' ~.' f!:J~~' measure SECTION 2.
