SECTIO~ 1: That it shall be unlawful for any person,

5 firm or corporation to keep or cause or permit to be kept, any hog
6 or hogs within said City of Arcadia except in that certain portion
7 of said C1t;y of Arcadia bOllDded on the West by the Westerly bound-
S aryline thereof; on the East by Santa Anita AvenAe; on the North
9 by the right-of-way of the Atohison, Topeka & Santa Fe Railway Com-
10 pany" and on the South by the right-of-way of the Pacifio Electrio
11 Railway Company.

SECTION 2: That any person,' firm or corporation violat-

SECTION 3: The City Clerk shall certify to the adoption
19 of this Ordinance .and shall aause the same to be published once in
:20 The Arcadia Journal, a weekly newspaper published and circulated
21 in said City of Arcadia and thirty days from and after the final
22 passage and adoption thereof, the same shall take effect and be in
23 foroe.

The foregoing Ordinance was adopted at a regular meet-
25 iDg of the :Board of Trustees of said City of Arcadia, held on the

mster shall bs at all times subjeot to inspection by the Uater
Department of said City, an additional charge of $1.00 shall be
made for installing a two-inch meter for measuring eaoh and every
run of irrigating water and an additional oharge of 81.50 for in-
stalling a four-inch or larger meter for mea~~S each and every
run of irrigating water.
That if the amount of any bill rendered for \"IS.ter
furnished for domestio or irrigating use shall not be an exact
multiple of five cents, such bill shall be reduoed or increased to
the next nearest multiple of five oents.
SECTION 2: This Ordinanoe is urgently required for
the immediate prsservation of the publiO peaoe, health and safety
as the water rates presoribed by said Ordinanoe No. 66 are inade-

nor return to the City the oost of water furnished for domestio
and irrigating purposes to the inhabitante of said City of Aroadia

rigating purposes is immediately required.
SECTION 3: The City Clerk shall oertify to the adop-
