No.76o. This Council further finds that circumstDnces exist with
reference to property adjacent to the proposed extension of
.Beldwin Avenlll!; not contempll\ted in Ordinance No.76o 1,/hen adopted
by the City of Arcadia; that the amendment of said Ordinanco as
hereinafter effected will work no har6ship on adjacent properties,
is in ~onformity wtth the spirit and intent of Ordinance No.76o
and io necessc>ry for the prE!'servation e.nd protection of substantial
propert~' ri;:;hts.
SECTION 2. That purSu8ct to the foregoing, public hearinGS
