MC 12 -01 1060 Hampton Road Robert O'Connor (Property Owner) Approved. 3 -0 Baerg, Garcia and Kruckeberg The applicant is requesting a Modification to legalize a non - permitted two -car garage at the rear of the property and allow a 21' -0" back -out clearance from the garage door in lieu of the minimum requirement of 25' -0" (AMC Sec. 9251.2.6). This project was previously denied for a 16' -4" back -out clearance under Modification No. MC 11- 18. The Rancho Santa Anita Property Owners Association has reviewed and approved the architectural design of the proposal.
