RESOLUTION NO. 91-9
A RE~OLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ARCADIA
DESIGNATING PORTIONS OF CERTAIN STREETS IN SAID CITY AS BOULEVARDS
AND DIRECTING THE PLACING AND 11AINTAIl\ING OF "STOP SIGNS" ON CERTAIN
STREETS INTERSECTING SAID BOULEVARDS.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ARCADIA DOES RESOLVE
AS FOLLO'::S:
SECTION 1. That Holly Avenue at its intersection with
Norman Avenue, and that First Avenue at its intersection with Fano
street, in the City of Arcadia, be and they are hereby desiQnated
as Boulevards in accordance with the provisions of Section 23 of
ordinance 200 cf the City of Arcadia; that the Chief of Police of
said City be atl,thorized and he is hereby directed to cause to be
placed and maintained a "stop Sign" upon the northerly side of
Norman Avenue at or near the easterly property line of Holly Avenue,
and a "stop Sign" upon the southerly side of Fano street at or near
the westerly property line of First Avenue, each of said signs to
conform with the requirements of Section 23 of Ordinance 200 of the
City of Arcadis, and Section 471 of the Vehicle Code of the State
of California.
SECTION 2. The City Clerk shall certify to the adoption

of this Resolution.
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was
adopted at a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of
Arcadia held on the lst day of November, 1938, by the affirmative
vote of at least three councilmen, to-wit:
