THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ARCADIA DOES RESOLVE AS FOLLOVlS: Section 1. That the report prepared by the City Engineer pursuant to the provisions of Section 3 of the "Special assess- ment investigation, limitation and majority protest act of 1931" as aQendedi, i~ the matter of the proposed improvement of LONGDEN AVENUE in he City of Arcadia, be and the same is hereby approved. sec~o~ 2. That serial bonds, bearing interest at the rate of per cent per annum and extending over a period ending nine ~~s from the second day of January next succoeding the next Octo~er 15th following their date, will be issued in the manner provided by the "Improvement Act of 1911", approved April 7, 1911, as wnended, to represent each assessment of twenty-five dollars (025.00) or more remaining unpaid for thirty days after the date of the warrant attaohed to the assessment to be hereafter levied under these procoedings. Section 3. That the above mentioned report be filed with the Clerk of this City Council. That Tuesday, the It. -tf; day of Day, 1939, at the hour of eight o'clock, P. w., and the Council Chamber in the City Hall in the City of Arcadia, are hereby fixed as the time and place of hearing by this City Council on said report. The Clerk of this City Council is hereby directed to give notice of said hearing in the manner and form required by Section 6 of said "SpElcial assessment investigation, limitation and majority protest act of 1931" as amended. Seoticm 4. The City Clerk shall certify to the adoption of this rosolution. I HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing resolution was adopted at a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Arcadia on the uth day of April, 1939, by the affirmative vote of at least three councilmen, to-wit; AYES; Councilmen NOES; None ABSEl'IT: None Bolz, Griffitts, Malin, Murphy and Niday ~~) - Ci C rk.
