HomeMy WebLinkAbout5073 RESOLUTION NO. 5073 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ARCADIA DESIGNATING THE CITY OF ARCADIA PLANNING DEPARTMENT AS ADMINISTRATIVE ENTITY RESPONSIBLE FOR THE COORDINATION OF THE REVIEW AND DECISION MAKING AND FOR THE PROVIDING OF INFORMATION REGARD- ING THE STATUS OF ALL PERMITS OR APPLICATIONS REQUIRED BY THE CITY FOR RESIDENTIAL DEVELOPMENTS. WHEREAS, Assembly Bill 941 became law on September 28, 1981, and WHEREAS, Assembly Bill 941 directs local governments to create a responsive central information point that will provide information on the status of all local permits required by any residential development project, and to coordinate the review process for such residential developments. NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ARCADIA DOES HEREBY RESOLVE AND DETERMINE AS FOLLOWS: Section 1. That the Planning Department of the City of Arcadia is hereby designated as the single administrative entity responsible for the coordination of the permit review process for residential development projects, pursuant to the requirement of Assembly Bill 941. Section 2. That the Clerk of the Council shall certify to the adoption of this resolution. I HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing resolution was adopted at a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Arcadia held on -1- 5073 the 16th day of November, 1982 by the affirmative vote of at least three Councilmen, to wit: AYES: Councilmen Dring, Haltom, Hannah, Lojeski & Pellegrino NOES: None ABSENT: None ~~y~ SIGNED AND APPROVED THIS 16th day of November, 1982 ATTEST: '- -2- 5073
