A RESOJ,UTIOll OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ARCADIA
ACCEPl'ING GRANT DEED EXECUTED BY AllliA R. TAYLOR, A WIDOW, COllVEYIliG
TO THE CITY OF ARCADIA AN EASEMI!I'IT AND RIGBT OF WAY FOR l'UBLIC HIGH-
WAY AND FOR l'UBLIC UTILITY AllD INCIDENTAL l'URl'OSES OVYl THE REAL
l'ROl'ERTY DESCRIBED IN SAID DEED.
THE CITY COUID IL OF 1'HE CITY OF ARCADIA DOES RESOLVE AS
FOLLOWS:
That that certain Grant Deed executed November 30th, 1936,
by Anna R. Taylor, a widow, in favor of the City of Arcadia, convey-
ing the following described real prope rty:
That portion of Lot 1, Tract 951, as per map
recorded in Book 17~ l'age 28 of Maps, Records of
Los Ang el. eS County, deecr ib ed as follows:
Beginning at the southwesterly corner of the land de-
scribed in deed to Arcadia City School District, recorded
in Book 6624, l'age 68, Official Records of said County;
thence easterly along the southerly line thereof, and
its easterly prolongation, 2157.85 feet; more or less, to
the easter ly line of said Lot 1; thence southerly al ong
said easterly line. 60 feet; thence westerly parallel
with said easterly prolongation and southerly line.
2157.85 feet, more or less, to the westerly line of said
Lot 1; thence northerly, along said westerly line. 60
feet to the point of beginning,
to the City of Arcadia. for public highw~ and for public utility and
incidental purposes, be and the same is hereby acoepted.
The City Clerk shall oertify to the adoption of this
Resolution.
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was adopted
at a special meeting of the City Council of the City of Arcadia
call'ed for the pnrpose, held on the 9th day of llecemoer, 1936.
by the affirmatiye vote of at least three councilmen, to-wit:
