A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF ARCADIA ADOPTING THE SCALE OF
PREVAILING RATE OF PER DIEM WAGES AND
RESCINDING RESOLUTION NO. 4043 AND ALL
OTHER RESOLUTIONS IN CONFLICT HEREWITH.

THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ARCADIA DOES DETERMINE
AND RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That pursuant to Section 1773 of the California
Labor Code, the following wage scales for the basic trades and sub-
trades hereinafter set forth are hereby ascertained and determined
to be the general prevailing rate of per diem wages in the locality
of the City of Arcadia. Per diem wages shall be deemed to include
employer payments for health and welfare, pension, vacation and
similar purposes. Said wage scales are as follows and shall be
effective as of the dates indicated:

The wa~e rates listed below are in accordance with the terms of the
Southern California Master Labor Agreement for the Construction Industry and
cover the following counties: Los Angeles, Orange, Riverside, San Bernardino,
Imperial, Ventura, Santa Barbam, San Luis Obispo, Kern, loyo and Mono.
ADDmONAL COST ITEMS: For Subsistence Allowance, Transportation and
Travel Time Allowance, Overtime, Apprentice Program Contributions, Industry
Promotional Funds, Administrative Funds, Cash Bond Deposits, etc., contact
the Local Union or its District Council having jurisdiction.

SECTION 2. That Resolution No. 4043 entitled "A RESOLU-
TION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ARCADIA ADOPTING THE SCALE
OF PREVAILING RATE OF PER DIEM WAGES AND RESCINDING RESOLUTION NO.
4035 AND ALL OTHER RESOLUTIONS IN CONFLICT HEREWITH" adopted
December 3, 1968, and all other resolutions in conflict herewith
are hereby rescinded.
SECTION 3. The City Clerk shall certify to the adoption
of this resolution and shall cause a certified copy hereof to be
filed with the Director of Industrial Relations.
I HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing resolution was adopted
at a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Arcadia
