RESOLUTION NO. 605.

THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ARCADIA DO RESOLVE AS
FOLLOWS:
WHEREAS, it is necessary that the lands adjacent to the:
extension of Colorado street and Huntington Drive, through the
Baldwin Ranch property in said City of Arc~ia and now being im-
proved under Resolution of Intention No. 592 of the City of Ar-
cadia, be fenced prior to the opening to traffic of the extension
of said Colorado Street and Huntington Drive, and
I
WHEREAS, the cost of such fencing should be apportioned
,

between the owners of the Baldwin Ranch property and the County 01
Lo s Angeles, I
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City Council of

said City of Arcadia request the Board of SUperviSors of LOB An- ;
,

geles County to immediately allocate suCh County funds as will be I
necessary for the purpose of erecting and constructing such fenc-I
ing along the rights-of-way formed.by the construction and improv~-
I
ment of said Colorado Street and Huntington Drive through the I
Baldwin Ranch Property and that the cost of such fencing, esti- I
I

co st thereof by the!

mated at approximately. $9,000.00, be paid in
portions: Thirty per cent (30%) of the actual
Baldwin interests and the balance thereof by said County of Los
Angeles.
The Oi ty Clerk of said City of Arcadia shall certify
to the adoption of this Resolution.

day of December, 1930, by the affirmative vote of at least three
Councilmen, to-wit:
