HomeMy WebLinkAbout4560 RESOLUTION NO. 4560 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ARCADIA STATING ITS INTENTION TO HOLD A PUBLIC HEARING TO CONSIDER THE ESTABLISHMENT OF A SPECIAL SETBACK OF FORTY FEET FROM THE CENTER LINE OF SANTA CLARA STREET BETWEEN FIRST AVENUE AND FIFTH AVENUE. WHEREAS, Section 9311.1 of the Arcadia Municipal Code requires the city Council to pass a Resolution of Intention before considering the establishment of special setbacks; NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ARCADIA HEREBY RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: SECTION l. That a public hearing be held to consider the establishment of a special setback of forty feet (40') from . the center line .of Santa Clara Street between First Avenue and Fifth Avenue. SECTION 2. That said public hearing be held on Tuesday, May 18, 1976, at 7:30 p.m. in the Council Chambers of the Arcadia City Hall located at 240 West Huntington Drive, Arcadia, California.
