RESOLUTION OF INTENTION NO. 748.
A RESOLUTION OF Tm: CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
3 ARCADIA DECLARING ITS INTENTION TO ESTABLISH SETBACK
LINES ON A PORTION OF HUNTINGTON DRIVE IN SAID CITY-OF
4 ARCADIA.
5 THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ARCADIA DO RESOLVE
6 AS FOLLOWS:

SECTION 1:
That the public interest and oonvenience
8 require, and it is the intention of the City Council of the City
9 of Aroadia, to establish setback lines on a portion of Huntington
10 Drive as follows:
11 Setback line seventy-five (75) feet Southerly and
12 Southeasterly from the center line of Huntington Drive from its
13 intersection with the most Northeasterly corner of Lot 5, Tract
14 No. 949 as per map recorded in BOOk 17, Page 13 of lJaps, Records
15 of Los Angeles County, to its intersection with the Northerly
16 prolongation of the Easterly line of Holly Avenue.

SECTION 2:
Notice is hereby given that on ITe~nesday
18 the 2nd day of January, 1935, at 8:00 o'clock P. M. of said
19 day, in the Counoil Chamber of said City Council, in the City
20 Hall of said City of Aroadia, any and all p~rsons having any
21 objections to said proposed setback lines, may appear before
22 aaid City Council and show cause why said proposed setback lines
23 should not ,be established in aocordance with this Resolution.

SECTION 3:
The Superintendent of Streets, shall post
25 or cause to be posted along such portion of Huntington Drive
26 along which it is proposed to establish said s~tback lines, not
27 more than three hundred (300) feet in distance apart, but not
28 less than three in all, notice of this intention.
29 The City Clerk shall certify to the adoption of this
30 Resolution, and shall cause the same to be published Once in the
31 Aroadia Tribune, a weekly newspaper published and circulated in
32 said City of Arcadia, and hereby designated for that purpose.
