A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF, 3 ARCADIA DECLARING IT'S INTENTION TO ESTABLISH SETBACK LINES ON A PORTION OF HUNTINGTON DRIVE IN SAID CITY, OF ARCADIA. 4 5 THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ARCADIA DO RESOLVE 6 AS FOLLOWS: 7 SECTION 1: That the public interest and oonvenience 8 require and it is the intention of the City Counoi1 of the City 9 of Aroadia to establish setbaok lines on a portion of Huntington 10 Drive, as follows: 11 A setbaok line distant seventy-five (75) feet North- 12 erly and Northwesterly from the oenter line of Huntington Drive 13 from its intersection with the Westerly line of Lot 6, Traot 14 No. 949 as per map recorded in Book 17, Page 13 of lJaps, Records 15 of Los Angeles County, to its intersection with the Easterly 16 line of Lot 1 of said Tract No. 949. 17 A setbaok line distant seventy-five (75) feet South- 18 erly and Southeasterly from the center line of Huntington Drive 19 from its interseotion with the Northerly prolongation of the 20 Easterly line of Holly Avenue to its intersection with the 21 Easterly line of Lot 5 of said Tract No. 949. 22 23 24 25 26 27 28 29 30 31 32 SECTION 2: Notice is hereby given that on the 19th day of February, 1935, at 8:00 o'clook P. M. of said day, in the Counoi1 Chamber of said City Counoi1, in the City Hall of said City of Aroadia, any and all persons having any objeo- tions to said proposed setbaok lines, may appear before said City Council and show oause why said setbaok lines should not be established in accordanoe with this Resolution. SECTION 3: 2he Superintendent of Streets shall post or oause to be posted along such portion of Huntington Drive along which it is proposed to establish said setback lines, not more than three hundred (300) feet in distanoe apart, -1- . . . - . 1 but not less than three in all, notice of this intention. 2 The City Clerk shall certify to the adoption of this 3 Resolution. and shall cause the same to be published once in the 4 Arcadia Tribune, a weekly newspaper published and ciroulated in 5 said City of Arcadia, and hereby designated for that purpose. 6 I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was 7 adopted at a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of 8 Arcadia, held on the 15th day of January, 1935, by the affir- 9 mative vote of at least three oounci1men, to-wit: 10 11 12 13 14 15 16 17 18 19 20 AYES: Councilmen, Corby, Daniels, Hoffman, Krebs and MoLean.
