A RESOLU1'ION OF THE CUY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ARCADIA
ACCEPTDiG CERTAIN PIPE 'cO.NVEYED TO THE CITY llY A llILL OF SALE,

THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ARCADIA DO RESOLVE AS
FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1 - That that oertain llill of Sale dated Bovem-
ber 30th, 1935. executed by Albert E. Snyder, Rose lludd Doble
Mullender and Joseph Doble Mullender, as Trustees at the Clara
Baldwin Stooker Home for Women, conveying to the City of Arcadia
approximately 1347 feet of an Class 150 Cast Iron Pipe, and
approximately 1228 feet at 6n Class 150 Cast Iron Pipe. oomplete
with valves and fittings, comprising the water system along Rancho
Road aDd Arbolada Drive in Traot No. 10617, in the City of Aroadia,
be 8.Dd the same is hereby acoepted.
SECTION 2 - The City Clerk shall certify to the adOp-
tion of this Resolution.
I hereby oertify that the foregoing Resolution was
adopted at a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of
Ar"oe.dia, held on the 22nd dlq of January, 1936, by the affirma-
tive vote of at least three Councilmen, to-wit:
AYES:
Counoilmen, Corby, Daniels, Hoffman, Krebs and
McLean.
NOES:
None.
ABSENT: None.
