RESOLUTION NO. 4174
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF ARCADIA ADOPTING THE SCALE OF
PREVAILING RATE OF PER DIEM WAGES AND
RESCINDING RESOLUTION NO. 4108 AND ALL
OTrffiR RESOLUTIONS IN CONFLICT HEREWITH.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ARCADIA DOES DETERMINE
AND RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1, That pursuant to Section 1773 of the California
Labor Code, the following wage scales for the basic trades and sub-
trades hereinafter set forth are hereby ascertained and determined
to be the general prevailing rate of per diem wages in the locality
of the City of Arcadia. Per diem wages shall be deemed to include
employer payments for health and welfare, pension, vacation and
similar purposes. Said wage scales are as follows and shall be
effective as of the dates indicated:

SECTION 2. That Resolution No. 4108 entitled "A RESOLUTION
OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ARCADIA ADOPTING THE SCALE OF
PREVAILING RATE OF PER DIEM WAGES AND RESCINDING RESOLUTION NO. 4043
AND ALL OTHER RESOLUTIONS IN CONFLICT HEREWITH" adopted January 6,
1970, and all other resolutions in conflict herewith are hereby
rescinded.
SECTION 3, The City Clerk shall certify to the adoption
of this resolution and shall cause a certified copy hereof to be
filed with the Director of Industrial Relations,
I HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing resolution was adopted
at a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Arcadia held
on the 2nd
day of February
, 1971, by the affirmative
vote of at least three Councilmen, to wit:

and he shall receive 35t per hour more than the highest Teamster
classification over which he is Foreman.
