HomeMy WebLinkAbout4766 RESOLUTION NO. 4766 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ARCADIA DESIGNATING THE OFF-STREET PARKING FACILITIES OF FASHION PARK AS SUBJECT TO HANDICAPPED PARKING RESTRICTIONS THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ARCADIA DOES HEREBY RESOLVE, DETERMINE AND F'IND AS FOLLOWS: SECTION 1. That Fashion Park is a regional shopping center in the City of Arcadia, California, bounded by Huntington Drive on the south, Baldwin Avenue on the west, and the Santa Anita Race Track on the north and east. Fashion Park is commonly known as 400 South Baldwin Avenue, Arcadia, California. SECTION 2. That on the premises of Fashion Park there exists privately owned and maintained off-street parking facilities which shall be subject to the handicapped parking restrictions set forth' from time to time in the Arcadia Municipal Code. SECTION 3. The City Clerk shall certify to the adoption of this resolution.
