HomeMy WebLinkAbout6138 RESOLUTION NO, 6138 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ARCADIA, CALIFORNIA, FIXING THE AMOUNT OF REVENUE REQUIRED TO BE RAISED FROM PROPERTY TAXES NECESSARY FOR THE FISCAL YEAR 1999-2000 TO PAY THE AUTHORIZED MAINTENANCE AND OPERATION COSTS OF THE CITY LIGHTING & PARKING DISTRICTS THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ARCADIA, CALIFORNIA, DOES HEREBY RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS: SECTION 1, That the following is the amount of revenue necessary during the fiscal year 1999-2000 to pay the authorized maintenance, operating and capital improvement costs of the specified Arcadia Consolidated Lighting Districts: District A $ 11,280 District B $ 62,090 District C $ 175,660 District 0 $ 59,268 District E $ 58,732 SECTION 2. That the following is the amount of revenue necessary during the fiscal year 1999-2000 to pay the authorized maintenance and operating costs of the Arcadia Vehicle Parking Districts: District No, 1 $ 880 $ 2,057 District No, 2 SECTION 3, That the above lighting maintenance districts illuminate rights of way and therefore benefit streets, The above Parking Districts provide off street parking and therefore benefit streets, 6138 SECTION 4, That the City Clerk shall certify to the adoption of this Resolution, Passed, approved and adopted this 7th day of September 1999, ATTEST: APPROVED AS TO FORM: ~v4 // mgl City Attorney, City of Arcadia STATE OF CALIFORNIA ) COUNTY OF LOS ANGELES ) SS: CITY OF ARCADIA } I, JUNE D.
