RESOLUTION NO. 5358
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
ARCADIA, CALIFORNIA, ADOPTING THE 1987-1988
FEDERAL REVENUE SHARING PROGRAM
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ARCADIA, CALIFORNIA, DOES
HEREBY DETERMINE AND RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That a duly noticed public hearing was conducted
before the City Manager regarding Federal Revenue Sharing, and
thereafter on June 16, 1987 the City Council conducted a noticed
public hearing.
SECTION 2. That the Federal Revenue Sharing Program for the
fiscal year 1987-1988 attached hereto and incorporated herein by
reference is adopted.
SECTION 3.
That the City Clerk shall certify to the
adoption of this Resolution.
Passed, approved and adopted this 16th day of June, 1987.

hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution No. 5358 was passed

of said Council held on the 16th day of June, 1987, and that said
Resolution was adopted by the following vote, to wit:
