HomeMy WebLinkAbout5358 RESOLUTION NO. 5358 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ARCADIA, CALIFORNIA, ADOPTING THE 1987-1988 FEDERAL REVENUE SHARING PROGRAM THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ARCADIA, CALIFORNIA, DOES HEREBY DETERMINE AND RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS: SECTION 1. That a duly noticed public hearing was conducted before the City Manager regarding Federal Revenue Sharing, and thereafter on June 16, 1987 the City Council conducted a noticed public hearing. SECTION 2. That the Federal Revenue Sharing Program for the fiscal year 1987-1988 attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference is adopted. SECTION 3. That the City Clerk shall certify to the adoption of this Resolution.
