HomeMy WebLinkAbout5359 RESOLUTION NO. 5359 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ARCADIA, CALIFORNIA, ESTABLISHING COMPENSATION FOR VARIOUS POSITIONS IN MANAGEMENT FOR FISCAL YEAR 1987-1988 THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ARCADIA, CALIFORNIA, DOES HEREBY DETERMINE AND RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS: SECTION 1. Effective June 21, 1987, the City Salary Schedule currently in effect shall be improved by 5% for those Management classifications shown on Attachment A, except as to those classifications where a specific monthly salary range or rate is set forth on Attachment A, which amounts shall be reflected in the City Salary Schedule effective June 21, 1987. The City shall continue to provide as Deferred Compensation a set dollar amount to be paid toward the Management Employees' contribution to the Public Employee's Retirement System. Effective June 21, 1987, the set dollar amount to paid as Deferred Compensation shall be an amount equal to 6% of the June 21, 1987 Salary Schedule rate for each employee. SECTION 2. All other sections of Resolution 5234 regarding Management compensation (fringe benefits) shall remain in full force and effect for.fiscal year 1987-1988. SECTION 3. That the City Clerk shall certify to the adoption of this Resolution.
