A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ARCADIA,
CALIFORNIA APPROVING A MAP AND DECLARING THE CITY'S
INTENTION TO VACATE A PORTION OF SECOND AVENUE;
DIRECTING THE CLERK OF THE COUNCIL TO FILE SAID MAP IN
HER On'ICE SHOWING SAID PORTION; RESERVING EASEMENTS AND
RIGHTS-OF WAY TO BE EXCEPTED; SETTING A PUBLIC HEARING
THEREON FOR NOVEMBER 5, 1991; AND DIRECTING NOTICE
HEREOF TO BE POSTED AND PUBLISHED.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ARCADIA, C
HEREBY RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:

Resolution to be published in the official newspaper of the City of Arcadia and
the notice of public hearing stating the date, hour and place be published for
at least two successive weeks prior to the hearing.
SECTION 6.
That the City Clerk shall certify to the adoption of this
Resolution.
