HomeMy WebLinkAbout5743 CITY OF ARCADIA RESOLUTION NO. 5743 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ARCADIA, CALIFORNIA FINDING THE CITY OF ARCADIA TO BE IN COMPLIANCE WITH THE 1992 CONGESTION MANAGEMENT PROGRAM (CMP) AND APPROVING THE CMP CONFORMANCE CHECKLIST, WHEREAS, the Los Angeles County Metropolitan Transportation Authority (MTA), acting as the Congestion Management Agency for Los Angeles County, adopted the Congestion Management Program (CMP) on November 18, 1992; and WHEREAS, the adopted CMP requires that MTA annually determine that the County and Cities within the County are conforming to all CMP requirements; and WHEREAS, the adopted CMP requires submittal to the MTA of the CMP self- certification checklist by August 1, 1993; and WHEREAS, the City Council held a public meeting on July 20, 1993, NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL FOR THE CITY OF ARCADIA, CALIFORNIA, DOES HEREBY RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS: SECTION 1, That the City of Arcadia has taken all of the actions reflected on the CMP Conformance Checklist, attached hereto as Exhibit "A" and made a part hereof, and that the City of Arcadia is in conformance with all applicable requirements of the 1992 CMP, SECTION 2.
