HomeMy WebLinkAbout5747 RESOLUTION NO. 5747 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ARCADIA, CALIFORNIA, FIXING THE AMOUNT OF REVENUE REQUIRED TO BE RAISED FROM PROPERTY TAXES NECESSARY FOR THE FISCAL YEAR 1993-94 TO PAY THE INDEBTEDNESS OF THE CITY OR DISTRICTS THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ARCADIA, CALIFORNIA, DOES HEREBY RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS: SECTION 1. That the following is the amount of revenue necessary during the fiscal year 1993-94 to pay the indebtedness of the specified Arcadia Consolidated Lighting Districts: District A $29,000 District B $77 , 000 District C $48,500 District D $21,000 District E $25,300 SECTION 2. That the following is the amount of revenue necessary during the fiscal year 1993-94 to pay the indebtedness of the Arcadia Vehicle Parking Districts: District No. 1 $ 6,203 $19,138 District No. 2 SECTION 3. That the city Clerk shall certify to the adoption of this Resolution. Passed, approved and adopted 993. ALFORD, City Clerk of the City of Arcadia, hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution No. 5747 was passed and adopted by the City Council of the City of Arcadia, signed by the Mayor and attested to by the City Clerk at a regular meeting of said council held on the 7th day of September, 1993 and that said Resolution was adopted by the following vote, to wit: AYES: Councilmember Fasching, Harbicht, Lojeski and Ciraulo NOES: None ABSENT: Councilmember Margett J of Arcadia 5747
