RESOLUTION NO, 5809
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
ARCADIA, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING
A RATE CHANGE FOR G & S TOWING (CITY CONTRACT
FOR POLICE TOWING)
WHEREAS, the City contracts with G & S Towing for the provision of police towing and
impound services; and
WHEREAS, the contract between City and G & S Towingprovides for periodic rate

changes; and
WHEREAS, these rate changes must be considered and approved by the Arcadia City
Council by Resolution; and
WHEREAS, the City Council has reviewed a rate change request by G & S Towing; and
WHEREAS, the Police Chief has reviewed the request for said rate change and approves
of same,
NOW THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ARCADIA, DOES
HEREBY FIND, DETERMINE AND RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1, The following rate changes are hereby approved and effective upon
adoption of this Resolution with regard to the provision of police towing services by G & S
Towing pursuant to the City's official police garage storage and tow service contract:
Basic Tow Fee (Hourly)
Outside Storage (Daily)
Inside Storage (Daily)
Service Call (Basic)
Contract Labor (Hourly)

SECTION 2. Where applicable, this Resolution is in place of
Resolution No. 5717 adopted in 1993.
SECTION 3. That the city Clerk shall certify to the adoption
of this Resolution.
Passed, approved and adopted this 19th day of July, 1994.
