HomeMy WebLinkAbout6319 RESOLUTION NO, 6319 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ARCADIA, CALIFORNIA, FIXING THE AMOUNT OF REVENUE REQUIRED TO BE RAISED FROM PROPERTY TAXES NECESSARY FOR FISCAL YEAR 2002-2003 TO PAY THE DEBT SERVICE ON THE GENERAL OBLIGATION BONDS AND THE AUTHORIZED MAINTENANCE AND OPERATION COSTS OF THE CITY LIGHTING DISTRICTS THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ARCADIA, CALIFORNIA, DOES HEREBY RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS: SECTION 1, That the following is the amount of revenue necessary during the fiscal year 2002-2003 to pay the authorized maintenance, operating and capital improvement costs of the speCified Arcadia Consolidated Lighting Districts: District A $ 53,000 District B $ 73,000 District C $ 80,000 District D $ 39,000 District E $ 36,000 SECTION 2, That the above lighting maintenance districts illuminate rights of way and therefore benefit streets, SECTION 3, That the following is the amount of revenue necessary during the fiscal year 2002-2003 to pay the authorized debt service on the Series A, 2001 Annual Obligation Bonds: $601,066, 6319 SECTION 4, That the City Clerk shall certify to the adoption of this , Resolution, Passed, approved and adopted this 20th day of August 2002, ATTEST:' . ,~.J y Clerk of the Cit?Of Arcadia & APPROVED AS TO FO~M: ~P.~ City' ttorney, City of Arcadia 2 6319 STATE OF CALIFORNIA ) COUNTY OF LOS ANGELES ) SS: CITY OF ARCADIA ) I, JUNE D.
