HomeMy WebLinkAbout5462 RESOLUTION NO. 5462 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ARCADIA, CALIFORNIA, ESTABLISHING FEES AND DEPOSITS WITH REFERENCE TO PERMIT AND CONDITION REQUIREMENTS CONCERNING THE PLACEMENT OF CONSTRUCTION TRASH RECEPTACLES ON CITY STREETS PURSUANT TO ORDINANCE NO. 1900 WHEREAS, on January 3, 1989 the City Council of the City of Arcadia adopted Ordinance No. 1900 imposing certain requirements with regard to the placement of construction trash receptacles on City streets; and WHEREAS, subject Ordinance includes requirements for a permit and deposits; and WHEREAS, the fees for these permits and deposits are to be established by Resolution of the City Council. NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ARCADIA, DOES HEREBY, FINU DETERMINE AND RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS: SECTION 1. Pursuant to ordinance No. 1900, the following fees are deemed applicable to the permits and deposits required thereunder: a) Street Placement Permit fee - $ 27.55 b. Deposit for correction or remedial work, if required - 150.00 c. Investigation fee - to be applied when a construction trash receptacle or bin is placed without first obtaining a permit - 55.10' -1- 5462 SECTION 2. The above fees may be changed or amended by further Resolutions of:the City Council. SECTION 3. The City Clerk shall certify to the adoption of this Resolution.
